Greetings World of Patchwork and Quilting.  I would like to hear from you, particularly if you share my passion for Patchwork and Quilting, Applique in particular.  And my other passion Botanical Art, which drives my quilt designs.

Love them all! I am not from Australia but that Australian Wildflower one just bowls me over.

Tell me more about “Distance Learning” – do I need Broadband? What must my computer be able to do?

    • Rosemary Michalowski Says:

You will need to have a computer system with a camera and using a fast communication network (Broadband in Australia). You can use SKYPE or Google video. Why not telephone me on 612 9876 4249 so we can discuss how we can get together?

All the quilts are wonderful and I would like to talk to you about Distance Learning as I live in far west NSW and we dot have many teachers out here!

    Hey Val -
    Beautiful website over on SimplyVal….
You have an elegant style – not fussy like much quilting can be.
How can I get some lessons?
    Please let me know.

What a wonderful website – with such beautiful designs. I’ve heard of your work often over the years and it’s so great to be able to go oline and see it. Your Japanese quilt is one of the most unusual and beautiful pieces I’ve ever seen. I’ll certainly be taking the advice from above and giving you a call to find out how I can get some lessons.
    Thank you
    Jacque

    Dear Peggy,

Thank you for your kind remarks about my Wildflower Quilt.

I do have a pattern for a Waratah which I think would work best as a central rectangular block with some of the other Wildflower blocks around it. If you are interested in the pattern please let me know. You can see the Waratah on my website http://www.simplyval.net

    Regards,
    Val
